10,000 Apartment for Sale in Dublin?
It was reported in the Times that Irish Residential Properties Reit (Ires), the country’s biggest landlord, is forecasting that up to 10,000 apartments may hit the market in the next two years.
Is this an early signal of a crash? Are funds in trouble due to interest rates, and is everything about to implode?
