Enoch Burke fails to prevent GSOC from getting ambient DAR

Enoch Burke has failed to prevent the Garda watchdog from obtaining a background courtroom audio recording from the day Gardaí removed some of his family, from the court of appeal.
Following a complaint, GSOC is investigating the conduct of the Gardaí involved and has sought the recording as part of their inquiries.
