Updated Fáilte Ireland coronavirus guidelines have deemed hairdressers and make-up artists as non-essential for weddings under level five restrictions But an online petition is appealing for a change to the rule. Irene Terry is a photographer and co-owner of Ray Terry Photography in Cork. She set up the petition and told Newstalk Breakfast she cannot see the logic in the restriction.
