Europe’s Path To Transatlantic Self-Immolation: Can Ireland Escape? | Mark Price

Europe is on the most self-destructive path to ruin and rupture since the Second World War. Berlin, Paris, London, Brussels, Warsaw, and their friends are all willing to collapse their economies, go to war, and even risk a nuclear attack to fulfil Washington’s neo-imperial ambitions in Eurasia. Can neutral Ireland escape the inferno? For the past 100 years, the Irish have charted a (more or less) independent path for themselves, and shown great aversion to neo-imperial projects of the West. Its reaction to the Gaza Genocide again shows that Ireland is not in the same boat as the rest of the continent. Yet, when it comes to Ukraine and Russia, the same forces that drove Finland and Sweden into NATO are working 24/7 to sign also Dublin up for the looming collective European suicide. To make sense of it all I’ve got with me today Mark Price, a Co-founder of the Irish Neutrality League and Co-chair of the Irish Anti-War Movement. Credit to : Neutrality Studies
