We’ve been planning a trip to Ireland for years, but when COVID-19 came along it was all put on ice. Which beer never should be. But then up stepped Bord Bia – the Irish Food Board. In partnership with them we got four virtual brewery tours and a taste of what some of the finest (and most sustainable breweries) have been up to.
