Four days paid ‘climate leave’ for workers? Newstalk
Unite Trade Union have requested to meet with Enterprise Minister Peter Burke to discuss proposals of a statutory maximum working temperature which could see workers entitled to four days of paid ‘climate leave’ in the event of extreme temperatures or unique weather events.
