Freeway Poultry: From backyard hobby to full time Business
James Stokes grew up on a dairy farm in Co. Limerick where he always kept a few hens as a child to sell eggs to family and friends. What was once a hobby has since transformed into a full-time business where he now keeps over 6,000 hens.
