‘Good news’: Ireland drops hate speech laws following public backlash
Sky News host James Morrow discusses a new development in Ireland’s hate speech legislation which he described as “a win” for free speech.
Irish Justice Minister Helen McEntee announced her government would remove its hate speech laws following criticism.
“That’s a bit of good news here and it shows that … the fight needs to be kept on these people,” Mr Morrow said.
