Irish Justice Minister Jim O’ Callaghan admits Ireland needs an “efficient and effective” IPAS system. 32,000 in accommodation, and there are 15,000+ homeless Irish people. 5,000 people from 130 countries given Irish citizenship in Dublin over 2 days. 36% claiming Jobseekers allowance non-Irish nationals.
