It was reported this week on RTE that the number of landlords and private tenancies is increasing in Ireland. Are all the reports from industry experts that landlords selling not true? Talk to anyone in the industry, and they will tell you landlords are selling in their 1000s, reports from all the major property consultancies will report the same data that lettings are down and sales of rental properties are up. Nearly 50% of all the second-hand stock in 2022 was landlord leaving the market.
