Sinn Féin calls for referendum on a Constitutional ‘right to housing’

Sinn Féin has said that within 12 months of forming a government, they would hold a referendum to put a “legally enforceable” right to housing in the Constitution, which would “place a legal obligation on Government” to provide people with homes.
