Deputy Catherine Connolly gives a critical analysis post budget of the Housing and homelessness crisis presently. Deputy Connolly goes on to speak about lingering and rising hospital outpatient waiting lists and how they are not being addressed. She asks the Minister what’s the magic figure to be reached for health and domestic homelessness in this Country before robust action is enacted by this present Government.
