Team Ireland given hero’s welcome home
There were jubilant scenes in Dublin today as Ireland’s Olympic athletes were given a warm welcome home following the Paris games. Thousands of fans turned out on Dublin’s O’Connell Street to honour to the most successful Olympic games for Team Ireland in the State’s history. A total of 64 women and 69 men competed for the team across 14 sports, winning seven medals in total, four of them gold. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe.
