Bridget Kilgallon shares her story of life as a live-in housekeeper for Father Edward Higgins in Kiltoom, County Roscommon.
From cooking and cleaning to welcoming parishioners, her role changed her life and opened up travel opportunities across Europe.
Bridget describes her bond with Fr Higgins as like siblings, and while she misses the sea at Rosses Point, she plans to stay with him until retirement.
