Every year, the Fab 50 gets tougher to compile. This is a selection of stays we invest hundreds of hours into. We’ve travelled the length and breadth of the island, from Belfast to the Burren, Fanad Lighthouse to a guesthouse with views of the Fastnet. We visit and speak to owners and staff. It changes almost completely every year and, in an age of AI, remains curated by human experts who love to travel.
